TrigmuCombHypoAlg uses only features corresponding to target chains

Yohei Yamaguchi requested to merge yoyamagu/athena:atr29076 into 24.0

As discussed on ATR-29076, sometimes L2MuCB is used for l2mt chains, as well as L2mtMuCB is used for the other chains. This MR is modifying TrigmuCombHypoAlg to check the SG key and use proper features.
