Separate JiveXMLConfig.py into Config files
JiveXML: Separate the Retrievers Cfg functions into Config files (one per JiveXML package), which are kept within JiveXML package.
Functionality remains the same, but dividing the definition of the different Cfg functions for each package into separate Config files improves readability and maintainability.
