Remove the old BLS HLT containers from monitoring

Semen Turchikhin requested to merge tursom/athena:24.0_BphysTrigMon_RemoveOldContainers into 24.0

This removes the BLS HLT containers that were removed from EDM (!70041 (merged)) also from the B-phys trigger monitoring to avoid WARNINGs about no valid containers.
