TriggerTest: adjust test_trig_data_v1Dev_noL1Sim_grid setup

Hello,

This MR adjusts the setup of the test_trig_data_v1Dev_noL1Sim_grid ART test, which runs extremely slowly. At present, we try to process 2000 events with 4 threads, with a timeout of 12h. After 12h, we've only processed 70%, so there is 0 chance of success (ATR-29542). I increased the number of threads and reduced by half the number of events.
