Update warnings for PhotonAnalysisConfig

Use forceFullSimConfig property to control configuration of photon SF tools

Removed warning, since this is already covered under

 print("WARNING! You are running PhotonWorkingPointConfig forcing full sim config")
 print("WARNING! This is only intended to be used for testing purposes")

and the reference to AFII was creating some confusion
