patch to calibration ntuple output branches

fill the trkHit_center correctly with local tube coordinators (x = 0 along the wire, y = coordinator along the Ntube, z = coordinator along the Nlayer). change trkHit_nMdtHits, trkTriggerHit_nHits, trkHole_nHoles from vector to int.
