Add test to check random electron energy smearing (part 1 of ticket ATLASG-2729)

In this MR I am adding a missing test for ElectronPhotonFourMomentum tool for egamma energy calibration. In the new test, I am checking the energy of electrons and photons considering also the random MC energy smearing. The test is reproducible given the fact that we reseed in a deterministic way the random generator. This test is a first step for ATLASG-2729
