Externals Update, 24.0 branch (2024.06.19.)
Updated all projects to atlasexternals-2.1.16.1. The changes wrt. atlasexternals-2.1.16 are (atlasexternals@2.1.16...2.1.16.1):
- Updated CheckerGccPlugins: Added support for GCC 14 and LTO (thanks to @ssnyder);
- Added CheckerGccPlugins to AthSimulationExternals.
These changes are needed as discussed in ATLASSIM-6058, to make simulations behave in the same way in Athena-24.0 and AthSimulation-24.0 releases. Which they currently don't.
