Updates to run on 2024 data.

Flag added to select mistimed phase I candidates (default) or legacy candidates. This ensures the monitoring of the two systems independently.

CTP readout required to differentiate between the legacy and phaseI triggers (L1_J400 or L1_jJ500) which initiate the HLT_mistimemonj400 chain. In case of selecting the phase I mistimed candidates, the L1_jJ500 trigger is required to have fired one BC before or after the L1A (HLT_mistimemonj400). The L1_J400 trigger needs to have fired one BC before or after the L1A for the analysis of the legacy candidates.
