Readd --CA command line option and add conditionsTag command option to q445 tests in the TrfTestsART and TrfTestsARTPlots packages - otherwise the RDOtoRDOTrigger step crashes. This is a follow-up to MR !72306 (merged) and MR !72415 (merged)
