TrigValidation: update global conditions tag as NSW overrides were dropped

Hello,

Following the removal of NSW condition overrides in !69395 (merged), we need to update the global conditions tag in some trigger ART tests, else the updated NSW tags cannot be resolved (ATR-29692).
