RecJobTransformTests test_mc21_13p6TeV_hi_withtrigger.sh update conditionsTag following 70941. Similar to 72201 and 72306, to avoid inconsistency between the conditions embedded in the input RDO and the updated L1Calo conditions tags in Athena.
