Draft: Initial Implementation of MuonPEB ATR-29698

Implemented so far:

  • Muon PEB definition in CommonSequences/EventBuildingSequences.py
  • MuonPEBTLA Stream definition around the HLT package
  • Updated TriggerEDMRun3.py
  • Created test chains in Dev Menu

To Do:

  • Implemented MuonPEB reconstruction in Reco_tf.py
