SUSYTools - muon and r-tag updates

Several small updates to SUSYTools:

  • update default muon calibration release
  • update mu50 to mu40 in default trigger SF expressions for 2015
  • add new r-tags of samples with NSW simulation fix to PRW autoconfiguration
