Refactor of TrackFindingData to facilitate its reuse

Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:move-typedefs-from-trackfindingalg into main

This is small technical change to TrigFindingData. So far it was only used by the TrackFindingAlg but that will change. With this changes it would be easier to reuse functionalities provided there.
