[ATLASMCP-245] add extra trigger chains to MUON1

This MR adds a helper for the MUON1 derivation (also usable for other formats) to extend the standard PHYS trigger matching list by a set of B-physics triggers useful for the MCP momentum calibration on J/Psi and Upsilon events.

Testing on 500 MC J/Psi events, this changes the MUON1 derivation size from 38.5 to 41.0 kb per event, or around 5%.
