Default setting of ESModel and decorrelationModel in AnalysisConfig + bug fixing of eta used ZEESTAT systematic

This is in purpose to make the current egamma analysis config blocks more flexible and up-to-date with the latest recommendation, as well as a bug fix for ZEESTAT systematics:

  1. Adding option ESModel in config block, default is es2023_R22_Run2_v0 for Run2 (from 72447) and es2022_R22_PRE for Run3.
  2. Adding option decorrelationModel in config block, default is 1NP_v1.
  3. bug fix for ZEESTAT, using eta rather than abs(eta), as it was done for 21.2.

Another question we have: is it needed to update the Algorithm Sequence, as this is going to be deprecated (TBC)?
