MuonR4 - Add uncalibrated measurement tester

Add bunch of validation classes to write Mdt, Rpc, Tgc and Micromega measurements into a MuonTesterTree. By default each class dumps the complete container, but may also be used in a seeded mode at other places. Then either the particular measurements or all measurements in a given chamber are dumped to disk.
