RNTupleART: Update RNTuple ART tests

This MR updates RNTuple ART tests:

  • Start running the tests in the main nightly,
  • Merge data23 RAWtoALL tests that produce AOD and ESD into one,
  • Update the conditions tag for the data23 RAWtoALL test,
  • Remove MC21 full-chain test in favor of MC23c (based on SPOT tests).

For the last one, the removal of the --CA flag in !72375 (merged) seems to upset the RDOtoRDOTrigger step. Therefore, I revived it for now and left a question in the original MR.
