DAOD SUSY20: adding cleaning flags to PFlowJets

As per JetEtMiss recommendations it is now possible to save LooseBad and TightBad cleaning flags as decorations of the AntiKt4PFlowJets. This MR adds them and keeps the equivalent EMTopo flags introduced by !71617 (merged) as fallback in case inefficiencies are spotted down the line.
