Acts TrackFindingTrackSelector hole/outlier test option

  • use flags.Acts.doTrackFindingTrackSelector=2 to try new hole/outlier cuts. These currently give a drop in efficiency, so it's not default yet.
  • remove old doTrackFindingTrackSelector settings, previously used to test old configurations
