Continue cleanup of FindIndexOfMimimum

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:findMinimumIndex_another_cleanup into main

  • Move the code for figuring the padding in the header

  • In the other hand move everything that relates to function multiversioning to the relevant .cxx

  • Keep the templating for ISA , and for the T (although for now we have only a use for float)

  • But always process 4 SIMD vectors a time
