Adding NNJvt to UFO collections written out in JETM1, JETM3 and JETM4

For usage in the in-situ calibrations for small-R UFO jets, this MR adds the NNJvt variable to the JETM1, JETM3 and JETM4 derivation formats as suggested by @mdiamant and @dcamarer.
