TRT Calibration - Adding old scripts - original version
This MR is meant to add back the original scripts that are used in the TRT calibration.
The scripts are the original ones without all the compilation warnings and notes.. There is plenty of work to do here, reorganisation and separation per clases. Files are too large, will come to that later.
The idea is to get this scripts in Athena in order to start working one them and get traceability. Commented lines will be removed in the future.
Additionally .cxx files have been made executable and they will be used in the transform.
