AthenaConfiguration: Update RDO_RUN4 test file.

The current (ATLAS-P2-RUN4-03-00-00) Run4 RDO test file was made with the conditions tag OFLCOND-MC15c-SDR-14-05. This doesn't work with the current NSW reconstruction. Change to the newer ATLAS-P2-RUN4-03-00-01 file which used the conditions tag OFLCOND-MC21-SDR-RUN4-01.
