Fix muon trigger monitoring config

For TrigMuonEfficiencyMonTTbarConfig and TrigMuonEfficiencyMonZTPConfig prevent 3mu, 4mu chains from being considered (those chains cause crash in regex a couple of lines further that assumes single mu first leg)
