Track ext alg fix crash on pu sample

@imaznas reported an issue in TrackExtension alg when running on PU sample. It turned out that the measurements calibrators were missing entirely. That problem is ovvercome. The extrapolation does not yet realy work. The CKF find large number of tracks for each prototrack, yet they all have only one measurement. More debugging still needed.
