adding gn2xv02
Very short MR to add the GN2Xv02 tagger, the current path I've put in the tagger training map doesn't actually exist right now as the model is still in the dev space and needs copied over to the main space before merging (Update: This has been done). I've also removed the portion of code that gets the track off charged constituents as we aren't using it but maybe someone would prefer if this was in some way configurable in case someone wants it again in the future?
We'll want to add this to PHYS too but I assume we might need someone to OK that so I haven't added it in this MR but can if wanted.
