Generators/MadGraphControl: Further fix to setupEFT script for SMEFTSim model updates

Modifies the setupEFT script to account for the fact that the values set in the restrict card changed in a recent model update. (Follow-up to !71086 (merged)).

CI compilation and testing are not performed for this legacy branch.

• CI operations are limited to pre-compile checks, setting MR labels, and handling watcher lists.
• Accepted MRs are tested during nightly jobs.

@ewelina you very kindly built a production AthGeneration release for us when we had to do a previous fix to this same file (in the MR linked in the description). Unfortunately one other bug still existed that I didn't notice at the time. Assuming this MR is merged okay, and the 21.6 nightly build goes through alright, would it be possible to do that again? I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
