Adding GN2Xv02 to PHYS and PHYSLITE

GN2Xv02 was added to FTAG configs in !73478 (merged) (needs to be swept into main), we also want to have it within PHYS/PHYSLITE, I think we can safely remove the v00 versions of the tagger from the PHYS config, we should keep the v01 version for now
