Removing LegacyTopo from Lvl1Simulation and adjusting corresponding references

Call to Legacy L1TopoSimulation has been removed from the Lvl1Simulation. CTPSimulation has been reconfigured accordingly to switch off Legacy L1Topo input. References have been updated accordingly.
