MC23d bugfix backport [ATR-28061][ATR-28079] Bugfix, addition of hadronic chains, and further thinning in AOD->DAOD trigger navigation slimming

This MR backports !64965 (merged) to 23.0.32-patches for inclusion in some future 23.0.32.5 release.

It should be included in the RDO->RDO_TRIG sub-step of any future re-reconstruction of MC23d for 2023 in order to fix a bug in the trigger navigation for chains whose final-feature are a penultimate-feature of some other chain. The subsequent RDO_TRIG->ALL sub-step is expected to be in a contemporary release of 24.0 from the time of this future-processing.

A similar MR will be opened for MC23a for 2022.
