Allow to copy blobs as strings for root files

Paul Thompson requested to merge thompson/athena:atlcopy-write-blob-strings into 24.0

As discovered whilst commissioning the L1Calo FEX systems, where conditions data is stored in blobs, AtlCoolCopy did not copy the json data as strings to the root files. This MR makes it possible to plot the data from these systems via root trees, plus for any other systems that also store data in blobs.
