Drop declareProperty for InDetAssociationTools + InDetBoundaryCheckTool

  • Move to Gaudi::Property for InDetPRD_AssociationToolGangedPixels + InDetPRDtoTrackMapToolGangedPixels
  • Move to ReadHandleKey for pixel / SCT / TRT containers in InDetPRD_Provider and adjust interface
  • Directly configure ServiceHandle<IGeoModelSvc> in header of InDetBoundaryCheckTool
