Use common Run 4 IDPVM ART steering scripts for ACTS FT single mu tests

Following successful updates of Run 4 ACTS FT steering script with !73828 (merged), use it for all single muon tests.

ttbar tests are left unchanged because they use different customisations not shared with other tests. Only the dcube html output is updated to point to a dcube directory actually created.
