Clean up eFEX tools, closer to being reentrant

Reduce the use of member variables that get reset every execute. Turns out there is significantly more to do to make eFEXDriver a reentrant algorithm but this is a move in that direction.

This merge request affects 2 packages:

• Trigger/TrigT1/L1CaloFEX/L1CaloFEXSim
• Trigger/TrigT1/L1CaloFEX/L1CaloFEXToolInterfaces

Affected files list will not be printed in this case
