More debugging info in TrackExtensionAlg

This MR adds more debugging messages to TrackExtensionAlg in addition it changes the default reco that runs along the FPGASim to be the ACTS one not the legacy. The extension alg is still not running but in this new setup one can enable verbose messaging in TrackFinding, and TrackExtension alg and actually compare what CKF does.

The amount of changes deserve inclusion in release already. Tagging @jahreda @imaznas @piazza @sabidi ... please tag further people if needed.
