[ATLASRECTS-8079] EgammaCoreEnergyRecovery: for running within MT

Jean-Baptiste De Vivie De Regie requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:main_egCellRecoveryForMT into main

When running in MT with e.g. Concurrency.NumThreads > 0, the calo cell container accessed for energy recovery needs to have a corresponding ReadHandleKey initialized. It is added here with default key AllCalo. A user building clusters with links to a custom calo cell container would need to change the corresponding property.

The issue was reported here https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-8079. Derivations do not run in MT mode (yet) so this initialization is not needed there.
