Hello,

This MR is to add the DESDM_EXOTHIP filter at Tier 0. The same has been discussed in this Jira ticket(https://its.cern.ch/jira/projects/ATLASDP/issues/ATLASDP-58?filter=allopenissues). Due to a bug in the HIP HLT trigger, we missed 2022-2023 data. But the problem was solved, and the trigger has been collecting data since April 2024. DESDM_EXOTHIP filter code has been migrated to CA and validated locally. It is working as expected.
