Developments for ZDC calibration streams

Agnieszka Ewa Ogrodnik requested to merge asmaga/athena:24.0-ZDCItemsDev into 24.0

Several chains are added to the ZDCCalib stream for the lowMu menu. Removing ZDC PEB chains seeded off CALREQ1 and CALREQ2. Defining ZDCInjCalib stream with ZDC PEB, seeded off CALREQ1. Adding several new ZDC items to the monitoring. Reference ticket: ATR-29027
