Update BPHY25

Xin Chen requested to merge xchen/athena:mytopic_main into main

Updated BPHY25 to include Jpsi+eta_c with eta_c -> Ks K+ pi- + c.c. and some small tuning of parameters. Also added the following two channels:

Bc+ -> J/psi D*+ Ks, D*+ -> D0 pi+ -> K- pi+ pi+

Bc+ -> J/psi D+ Ks, D+ -> K- pi+ pi+
