TriggerEDMRun3: Remove HLT_TopoCaloClustersLCFS from AODFULL (ATR-29797)

This removes HLT_TopoCaloClustersLCFS and HLT_TopoCaloClustersLCFSAux from AODFULL productions, following removal of HLT_TopoCaloClustersFS from AOD earlier this year. It is a particularly sizeable container with little use case in AOD: It's currently one of the top 10 biggest containers in the HLT EDM (roughly 4% of total HLT EDM size).
