Move old Run 4 condition tag to latest OFLCOND-MC21-SDR-RUN4-02
!74184 (comment 8425497) highlighted that the old OFLCOND-MC15c-SDR-14-05 was still in use in some places, which could create some incompatibility with muon conditions. Moving directly to the latest Run 4 default condition tag for all occurences but RunWorkflowTests_Run4.py which is updated in the aforementioned MR.
Some similar MR might be require to move from the previous OFLCOND-MC21-SDR-RUN4-01 tag to the latest OFLCOND-MC21-SDR-RUN4-02 one.
