xAODCore Additional STL Dictionaries, main branch (2024.09.17.)

A little similar to !74344 (merged), @mhesping found in https://atlas-talk.web.cern.ch/t/tauxstore-and-tevent-errors-trying-to-skim-physlite that AnalysisBase doesn't have a dictionary for std::vector<std::vector<short> >.

So while at it, I also added some more types. Let's see if this may trigger some warnings from Athena. If so, I'll need to make the dictionaries only be generated for AnalysisBase...
