remove tau duplicates in DAODs
This MR is meant to remove rare "duplicated taus" at xAOD -> DxAOD stage.
The "duplication" is caused by the not unique track-tau association for both wide and core tau tracks between different taus (at the moment only duplication of core tracks is explicitly forbidden in tau reconstruction). This not-unique track associated might results in two taus having the same prongness and the same charged tracks, which means identical eta-phi direction.
