Remove truth components from jet reco when running over data

Chris Malena Delitzsch requested to merge cdelitzs/athena:main-ART-failure into main

Needed updates after the removal of jetInternalFlags in !72598 (merged) when running tests over data to ensure that modifiers are removed if they rely on MC information (e.g. ghost-association of truth particles) rather than throwing an error.
