IDPVM: Use EXPMU definition in fakerate vs mu TEfficiency definitions

There's a variable defined in the IDPVM configs for the maximum mu value, but it's not used in the fake rate vs mu plot definitions, where it's hardcoded to 100. Therefore in samples with mu > 100, those TEfficiencies are empty. This MR fixes this.
