Fix the Muon Light Detector Factory following first physics validation

This MR contains only a bugfix for the SQLite Detector Description workflow. Since the BEE chambers are already in the correct position there is no need to move them an additional 11 cm with an alignment transformation. This change was applied already in the "Full" detector factory, here it is being propagate to the "Lite" detector factory. No changes to the production workflow here.
