Update large-R jet DNN calibration tool for mc23

Guillaume Lucas Albouy requested to merge galbouy/athena:update-DNN-calibTool into main

This MR introduces a small update of the DNN large-R jet calibration tool for compatibility with the latest trained model for MC23 samples.

In addition, MR introduces a small fix for the instantiation of the ONNX session for AnalysisBase setup.
