24.0 hi jet monitoring update

Making changes to the Trigger Jet Monitoring for the upcoming HI run. Works are listed in the JIRA ticket ATR-30098. So far monitoring groups were added to the triggers in the PhysicsP1_HI_run3_v1. Adding Phase-1 triggers and forward triggers to the TrigJetMonitorAlgorithm as well as efficiency histograms for the HI monitoring mode. Tagging also @asmaga and @kciesla for the HI Trigger.
